LEGAL
Website Terms
Last updated: June 21, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you engage LoudScale for services, the signed proposal, order form, statement of work, service agreement, and any data processing agreement will control that engagement and prevail over conflicting website terms.
2. Informational content
Public articles, guides, tools, examples, and marketing materials are general information, not legal, financial, medical, regulatory, tax, or other professional advice. Laws, platform rules, algorithms, and market conditions change. You should obtain qualified advice for regulated or high-risk decisions.
3. No guaranteed results
Marketing and search outcomes depend on factors outside LoudScale’s control, including competition, budgets, implementation, platform decisions, customer demand, and regulatory approvals. Website statements describe objectives or capabilities and do not guarantee rankings, leads, appointments, revenue, citations, return on ad spend, or other results.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that creates unreasonable load, or use public forms for spam, fraud, harassment, or transmission of sensitive data.
5. Intellectual property
The website, original text, design, graphics, software, and branding are owned by LoudScale or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link. Other reproduction, republication, sale, or creation of substantially derivative commercial material requires written permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party services. LoudScale does not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link or reference does not necessarily mean endorsement.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoudScale disclaims implied warranties relating to the public website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of public website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy and communications
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting a service form asks us to reply to that request; it does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Marketing subscriptions require a separate consent and include an unsubscribe option.
9. Governing terms and changes
The law and forum for paid services will be stated in the applicable signed agreement. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and other local laws continue to apply where they cannot be varied by contract. We may update these website terms prospectively by posting a revised date.
